Our session take place weekly on the same day and time, although in certain circumstances this can be tailored to individuals needs. Payment is required in cash weekly at each session or by cheque monthly in advance.
Individual sessions will last for 50 minutes and will cost £25.
Couple sessions will last for 1hour - 1hr10 and will cost £35.
I feel that choosing the right counsellor for you is a very important and personal choice to make, therefore I offer the initial session free of charge. This will give us the opportunity to meet, address any concerns we may have, discuss your issues and agree the way forward. (This offer applys to individual sessions only and not for couple sessions)
I believe counselling should be accessible for all clients therefore I offer a number of low cost sessions for those on benefits or in the Armed Forces. Please feel free to contact me to discuss any financial difficulties or concerns you may have with the session fee.
24 hour notice is required for cancellations. I ask that you telephone me or leave a message if unable to attend. Repeated cancellations may result in a charge.
It is important to the therapeutic process that attendance is regular, but breaks for holidays and exceptional circumstances can be negotiated.
